After years of honing our craft in Dubai’s vibrant culinary scene, we returned to Calgary, Alberta, with a mission: to bring the refined techniques and international flair we developed overseas to your events.

Today, Plate Mate Catering & Charcuterie specializes in custom menus and curated charcuterie boards, all designed with the same attention to detail, creativity, and passion that we learned in Michelin-star kitchens.
